General Terms & Conditions For Sale Artworks :

1. The artwork/s made available for sale on the website may not always be in the physical possession with the artist/website and the artwork/s

     may be physically located anywhere in India or abroad.

2. To receive the full payment in advance the artworks will be shipped / delivered to the buyer address through a good reputed courier within 5 to 15  business working days in a

    rolled format and in protective cylinders.

3.  Should there be any damage to the artwork in transit the buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify us by email at jiaur.rahman@yahoo.com  immediately. In such

     a case we will refund the amount to the buyer or we will provide you another artworks as your choice within the same amount.

4. If artwork received in an unsatisfactory condition by the buyer may be returned to the artist within two working days in an 'as is' condition and returning cost will be borne by the buyer. In such a case we will refund the amount to the buyer or we will provide you another artworks as your choice within the same amount. 

  It is made clear that the buyer would forfeit his/her right of refund/replace the art works if such steps are not taken within two days of receipt of artwork. However, the 
  unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition and not be returned/exchanged because the buyer changed his/her mind and do not like
  the artwork he/she has purchased.

5.  No physical preview facilities of artworks are available.

6.  Artworks shipping may be free in India only. Shipping charges borne by the buyer for overseas transaction.

7.  While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the website/computer screen/digital screen it is understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be a little variations in shade, colour and brightness. We try to maintain the image as it is with original artworks. No complaints in this  regard would be entertained

8. The price of the artwork/s listed included with shipping and packing charges,The buyers are agree to provide us complete information/ Shipping address during the purchase artwork.

9.  We are not liable for any charges that may be levied at the destination whether in India or overseas. Also buyer agree to pay all costs, charges plus all applicable taxes if require for the purchases artwork. When Shipping address is outside of India, payment should be made in Dollars.

10.  Artists will provide an authenticity certificate at the time of shipping the artworks.

11.The Artist shall have the right to cancel any order placed on the website at any time prior to the delivery of the Object, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

12.  Disputes if any, would be subject to Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction only.
